Frequently Asked Questions

  • If we hire you to photograph our event, is a Contract required to be signed?
    Yes, a Contract is a means of spelling out the objectives of the event, and can help protect yourself as well as myself. Any questions please feel free to discuss with me prior to signing.

  • How do you deliver the photos?
    I will typically send photos through a Cloud service such as WeTransfer or DropBox, as most email services can not handle large file transfers. These services are 256 Encrypted for your security. You will receive an email with link to download your photos.

  • What file format do you provide in either your Event or Artistic photos?
    All photos are delivered as High Quality (Maximum - 12) jpeg.

  • I purchased one (or more) of your Artistic Photos, what happens now?
    Firstly, thank you for your purchase. It is much appreciated.
    Once a digital photo is purchased, the Confirmation Page will display along with a Link to download your purchase. You will also receive a confirmation email with the same link. Your Link is available for 30 days.

 

  • My downloaded photos look slightly different color wise on my monitor or printer than what is displayed in your Store. Why is this?
    All Monitor, Mobile Device, and Printer Manufacturers set their devices to their own standards, so you may have slight differences between each. These devices can be (and probably should be) Calibrated to the established Industry Standards. There are several ways to accomplish this, and can be found doing an Internet search.
